Shan Hanif
Shan is the founder and CEO of the leading creator economy agency, Genflow. After working with the likes of Anthony Joshua, Grace Beverley, Ali Abdaal and Iman Gadzhi, Shan had built a $100M valuation agency by aged 34. We helped him to go from under 4,000 to just over 27,000 followers, sell his accelerator twice and generate 4 million impressions in the process within 12 months.
Before Working With Kurogo
Shan had built one of the most respected agencies in the creator economy. Through Genflow, he’d worked with names like Anthony Joshua, Grace Beverley, Ali Abdaal and Iman Gadzhi. By 34, he’d built a business valued at over $100M. Offline, he was known. Online, he was almost invisible. Despite sitting at the centre of the creator economy, Shan had just over 3,000 LinkedIn followers. His posts were inconsistent. Engagement was low. His personal brand did not reflect his credibility.The disconnect was costing him:

Why He Came To Kurogo
Shan needed:

How we diagnosed the pain
We ran Shan through our positioning strategy.
We identified three gaps:
1. Credibility wasn’t packaged.
His experience was elite. His profile didn’t communicate it clearly.
2. No content strategy.
Posts were sporadic. No awareness → authority → conversion flow.

Phase 5: Conversion System
Once trust was established, we:

This led to the launch of Agency 8X - Shan’s flagship agency accelerator, which was launched entirely off the back of LinkedIn and his newsletter. In the first two weeks of the program, we helped Shan sell $80,000 worth of seats. Across the first 2 cohorts, we generated $200,000.
