The Story of Kurogo
From a university bedroom in Birmingham, to a leading personal branding agency - it’s been quite the journey. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the team we’ve built.

2020
Our founder, Sam, graduated from university straight into a global pandemic. Having consulted a few founders on how to build their personal brands whilst at university, he had the dream of building an agency to help them.
February, 2021
With a small client list and a load of ambition, Sam launched ‘Brandly’, as it was known then, in early 2021.
September, 2021
Brandly was rebranded to Kurogo, to reflect our ambition to be the supporting team behind the world’s best founders, CEOs and entrepreneurs.
2022
Kurogo grew from a small team of 3 to a power team of 15 people across the world. We also won clients as far as the US, UAE and even New Zealand.
2023
We’ve now helped over 100 entrepreneurs build personal brands, generated 100’s of millions of views and are widely regarded as leaders in the field. But we’re not planning on slowing down.
(Oh, and we also launched the world’s first dedicated personal brand content studio in central London)
