We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager to join Kurogo. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the business development function from the ground up as our first dedicated BD hire. Up until now, our CEO and COO have led sales, so we’re excited to have someone step in and take charge of our growth efforts.
You’ll lead all business development activities at the business, owning the full sales cycle - from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients. You’ll lead outreach efforts to secure meetings with entrepreneurs, CEOs, and public figures, and develop strategies to win them over with compelling proposals.
This is a role where you'll thrive if you love building relationships, working autonomously, and having ownership in the work you do. You’ll have an entrepreneurial drive, commercial mindset and a strong understanding of how agencies operate. Recent exposure to the personal branding, marketing, PR or creative industries is valuable for this role. Perhaps you’re a Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager currently, looking for a new challenge. Or, you may be an Account Manager at an agency looking to transition into a BD and growth-focused role.
